Osvaldo Bixintxo came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo David Mardel's Arturo Lluc. But to his dismay, Arturo Lluc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 9 minutes into the game, Marcelo Polino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Osvaldo Bixintxo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 11th minute, Fausto Berenguer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Arnaldo Inocente's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Osvaldo Bixintxo was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. 24 minutes into the match, Deportivo David Mardel's goalkeeper Vicente Baristo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Darman Ardiansyah. In the 29th minute, Anier Galeno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacobo Mitxel, 30 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 33rd match minute, Japy Man was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Berenguer to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo Polino struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Osvaldo Bixintxo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo David Mardel. 42 minutes into the game, Deportivo David Mardel's Arnaldo Inocente nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Osvaldo Bixintxo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. If Marcelo Polino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Japy Man players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Deportivo David Mardel were winning 0-3.
After a rather tough play, Japy Man's Fausto Berenguer got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Arturo Lluc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Osvaldo Bixintxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Arturo Lluc in the 57th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Japy Man's Honorato Gotzon. Vicente Baristo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darman Ardiansyah in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Marcelo Polino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Osvaldo Bixintxo. Marcelo Polino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Vicente Baristo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darman Ardiansyah in the 62nd minute of the match. Fausto Berenguer kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Marcelo Polino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Osvaldo Bixintxo made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Arnaldo Inocente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo David Mardel's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnaldo Inocente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osvaldo Bixintxo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Osvaldo Bixintxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Inocente in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Deportivo David Mardel's Ciceron Mestanza got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 70 played minutes Japy Man got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Berenguer. After a defensive mix-up in Japy Man's zone, Marcelo Polino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvaldo Bixintxo came out of the goal and Marcelo Polino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Japy Man's Osvaldo Bixintxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Inocente in the 74th minute of play. Arnaldo Inocente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Osvaldo Bixintxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo Inocente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 79 minutes into the match, Japy Man's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Inocente came free, but Osvaldo Bixintxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Deportivo David Mardel booed when Japy Man was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Ourente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicente Baristo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darman Ardiansyah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 played minutes Deportivo David Mardel got a freekick which was hit by Jacobo Mitxel. In the 88th minute Darman Ardiansyah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Baristo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honorato Gotzon's late challenge caught a Deportivo David Mardel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Honorato Gotzon helped the player get up and apologised. The Japy Man supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Deportivo David Mardel's performance. The match ended with a win for Deportivo David Mardel.
