With a little luck, Azulgranas AFC's Faustino Azevedo got control of the ball when Aurelio Urbes tried to sneak it across the goal line. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Humberto Reynardo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ladislao Cutberto in the 76 minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Nicasio Raymond put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Faustino Azevedo.
