With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubarna Marcos in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toni Schumacher saved Socavon FC from getting behind. Eustaquio Mitxel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Intxixu Huarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ubarna Marcos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Toni Schumacher read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Ubarna Marcos took the corner. The corner ended in Ubarna Marcos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Socavon FC's Toni Schumacher did a great save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
