The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Semail Eğriöz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 7 minutes, Halis Songurhan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Basmane Texas and the Rakı Sevenler FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Rakı Sevenler FC booed when Basmane Texas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Ozan Elçin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Rakı Sevenler FC's zone, Bircan Ulaç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alptuğ Hepyener came out of the goal and Bircan Ulaç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Erdem Darga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Hamdi Ilgın, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The supporters of Basmane Texas booed when Rakı Sevenler FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batıkan Kaymaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 22 played minutes Rakı Sevenler FC got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Hamdi Ilgın. In the 28th minute, Basmane Texas's Halis Songurhan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Basmane Texas's Kaplan Şerif got a free kick in the 31st minute. Semail Eğriöz struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Ahmet Erdem Darga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rakı Sevenler FC. In the 35th minute Alberto Bomba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alptuğ Hepyener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fazıl Bozbey kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. With a little luck, Rakı Sevenler FC's Alptuğ Hepyener got control of the ball when Bircan Ulaç tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sergen Özgurcan hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Semail Eğriöz, 42 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.

In the 55th minute, Alberto Bomba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Erdem Darga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derya Tümerk in the 59th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Basmane Texas's goal looked a bit too open when Doğuhan Türkyılmaz came free, but Ahmet Erdem Darga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alptuğ Hepyener took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Bomba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Batıkan Kaymaz kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Rakı Sevenler FC's Alptuğ Hepyener played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bircan Ulaç in the 74th minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Kudret Paksoy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rakı Sevenler FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Basmane Texas the free kick. In the 90th minute, Bircan Ulaç ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alptuğ Hepyener was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adem Mutluer during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
