The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Albins Kamrater's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens-Erik Stålberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonatan Stål didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jens-Erik Stålberg went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The Albins Kamrater fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Albins Kamrater's Krister Rudkvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 28th minute, Frank Kvalfält ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonatan Stål was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ghost Hunters's goalkeeper Jonatan Stål, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ghost Hunters's Rune Brovall got a free kick in the 36th minute. A collision led to Ghost Hunters getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Mattias Borglin hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
