Svartvallstjärnens IF's Roland Järverup proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save Svartvallstjärnens IF from getting a goal against them. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Roland Järverup played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Nyman in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of Svartvallstjärnens IF booed when Wetterqvist Boys BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christer Martinsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Joakim Trillkott couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 7th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Wetterqvist Boys BK. After a rather tough play, Wetterqvist Boys BK's Christer Martinsson got a free kick in the 10th minute. Roland Järverup was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Stefan Nyman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Stefan Nyman really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The audience was convinced that Henning Magnusson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roland Järverup was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Wetterqvist Boys BK's Eskil Ödman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Arvidsson in the 16th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Östen Holmberg got free with Roland Järverup in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 23 minutes, Tommy Arvidsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Svartvallstjärnens IF and the Wetterqvist Boys BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Svartvallstjärnens IF getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Tommy Arvidsson hit a great ball. In the 31st minute Joel Nyqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eskil Ödman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Joakim Trillkott hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Nyqvist in the 39th minute of play forced Wetterqvist Boys BK's goalkeeper Eskil Ödman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th match minute, Wetterqvist Boys BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjell-Arne Pååk to maneuver through the defense. Eskil Ödman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Nyqvist in the 41st minute of play. Eskil Ödman came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Svartvallstjärnens IF's Sven-Erik Asmundsson. But to his dismay, Sven-Erik Asmundsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Joel Nyqvist made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Svartvallstjärnens IF's Jens-Erik Hasselqvist got a free kick in the 58th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lars Hedlund during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lars Hedlund hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Roland Järverup played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Larsson in the 65th minute of play. Roland Järverup showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 73 minutes into the game, Svartvallstjärnens IF's Joel Nyqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eskil Ödman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Nyqvist in the 75th minute of play forced Wetterqvist Boys BK's goalkeeper Eskil Ödman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Wetterqvist Boys BK's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Erik Asmundsson came free, but Eskil Ödman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Wetterqvist Boys BK's goalkeeper Eskil Ödman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hampus Beneth. Tommy Arvidsson got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 85 played minutes Svartvallstjärnens IF got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Arvidsson. Wetterqvist Boys BK's Sebastian Larsson got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eskil Ödman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hampus Beneth in the 91st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Wetterqvist Boys BK had won after a very even match.
