Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edgar Vlas started the match with the kick off. After 2 minutes, Horia Robescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC ciufulici and the Scorpions -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Scorpions -MM- booed when FC ciufulici was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horia Robescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octav Vătăşel in the 3rd minute of play forced FC ciufulici's goalkeeper Petrică Todoran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute, Sabin Craia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Octav Vătăşel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Petrică Todoran. FC ciufulici's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 16th minute, Dan Tinu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 17 minutes into the game, Edgar Comarnescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC ciufulici's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scorpions -MM- the free kick. Edgar Comarnescu hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the FC ciufulici defense, Dan Tinu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petrică Todoran. The FC ciufulici fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petrică Todoran should have stopped the shot. Iurie Cristoiu kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Octav Vătăşel struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Petrică Todoran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scorpions -MM-. Edgar Vlas kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Teodor Covaci got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 39 minutes into the match, Teodor Covaci notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Scorpions -MM-'s Cristinel Zdrobiş. Cristinel Zdrobiş was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Scorpions -MM-'s Ştefan Cipău got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After 44 played minutes FC ciufulici got a freekick which was hit by Iosif Hârtopanu. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Octav Vătăşel made a kick off. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Cristinel Zdrobiş, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Traian Uzuneanu kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute of the match Iosif Hârtopanu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristinel Zdrobiş showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 59 played minutes FC ciufulici got a freekick which was hit by Aron Jupâneanu. In the 60th minute, Sabin Craia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgar Vlas in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristinel Zdrobiş prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC ciufulici were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after Scorpions -MM-'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Iosif Hârtopanu took the corner. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Vrânceanu during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd minute of the match Iosif Hârtopanu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristinel Zdrobiş showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgar Vlas in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristinel Zdrobiş saved Scorpions -MM- from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Petrică Todoran successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Scorpions -MM-'s zone, Edgar Vlas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristinel Zdrobiş came out of the goal and Edgar Vlas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd match minute, Scorpions -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ştefan Cipău to maneuver through the defense.
