After taking down the ball on Legia Warszawa's corner Mikolaj Paraszczuk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kazimierz Opat quite easily take care of the ball. In the 18th minute Daniel Chazen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Witomir Pankowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Korneliusz Debowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Kazimierz Opat came out and tried to block the shot, but Kryspin Bazan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 32nd minute. RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's Kazimierz Opat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA from getting a goal against them. 38 minutes into the game, Kacper Radziszewski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Legia Warszawa the free kick. After 40 played minutes Zdzislaw Barowicz rounded RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Chazen to strike the kick off in the second half. The RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's Wawrzyniec Zawacki looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Witomir Pankowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zdzislaw Barowicz kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's Kacper Radziszewski got his second yellow card of the match in the 73rd minute. The referee ordered Kacper Radziszewski off the ground. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's goalkeeper Kazimierz Opat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
