In the 5th minute Cezary Ziomkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Dubiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th match minute, Pogoń Szczecin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszko Majewski to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, A State Of Trance's goal looked a bit too open when Juliusz Kazimierz came free, but Tadeusz Dubiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute Bartlomiej Wojtowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Dubiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind A State Of Trance's goalkeeper Tadeusz Dubiel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the A State Of Trance defense, Bartlomiej Wojtowicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadeusz Dubiel. The A State Of Trance fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tadeusz Dubiel should have stopped the shot. In the 21st minute Zenon Banaszak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Dubiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zbyszko Majewski hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After 26 minutes of play, Pogoń Szczecin's Klement Plachetka made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tadeusz Dubiel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tadeusz Dubiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartlomiej Wojtowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Pogoń Szczecin booed when A State Of Trance was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernard Zawada didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes into the match, A State Of Trance's goal looked a bit too open when Klement Plachetka came free, but Tadeusz Dubiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Zenon Banaszak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tadeusz Dubiel was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Bartlomiej Wojtowicz took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tadeusz Dubiel. Tadeusz Dubiel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Tadeusz Dubiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezary Ziomkowski in the 40th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bartlomiej Wojtowicz made a kick off. Tadeusz Dubiel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cezary Ziomkowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 54 minute of play. After 57 played minutes Pogoń Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Zenon Banaszak. After 62 minutes of play, Pogoń Szczecin's Bartlomiej Wojtowicz made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tadeusz Dubiel was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Cezary Ziomkowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tadeusz Dubiel. That made the score 1-7 in the 67 minute of play. Tadeusz Dubiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klement Plachetka in the 72nd minute of the match. A State Of Trance's Tadeusz Dubiel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save A State Of Trance from getting a goal against them. Bartlomiej Wojtowicz took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tadeusz Dubiel. Tadeusz Dubiel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. A State Of Trance's Tadeusz Dubiel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save A State Of Trance from getting a goal against them. Damazy Pochorylo hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Tadeusz Dubiel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartlomiej Wojtowicz in the 83rd minute. After 88 minutes of play, Pogoń Szczecin's Bartlomiej Wojtowicz made it 1-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tadeusz Dubiel was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92nd match minute, A State Of Trance was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwan Dziuma to maneuver through the defense. Pogoń Szczecin played a much better game than A State Of Trance and deserved their victory. The A State Of Trance players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
