Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Zryw Samsonów's Milosz Podwojski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugon Zbytniewski in the 4th minute of play forced 1909 Tarnovia's goalkeeper Michal Szostak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Borys Maruda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michal Szostak having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Milosz Podwojski took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Michal Szostak to make any attempt to save it. In the 21st minute Wiktor Skaradoski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michal Szostak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, 1909 Tarnovia's goal looked a bit too open when Milosz Podwojski came free, but Michal Szostak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Witold Czekaj in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugon Derlanga saved Zryw Samsonów from getting behind. In the 30th match minute, 1909 Tarnovia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomasz Pusiak to maneuver through the defense. Zryw Samsonów's Borys Maruda shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 30th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Michal Szostak but with some difficulty. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Milosz Podwojski took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Michal Szostak to make any attempt to save it. Zryw Samsonów's Hugon Derlanga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Izydor Ruszczyk in the 39th minute of play. Michal Szostak was a little too slow when Borys Maruda got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 4-0. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind 1909 Tarnovia's goalkeeper Michal Szostak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Izydor Ruszczyk to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Zryw Samsonów's goalkeeper Hugon Derlanga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Izydor Ruszczyk. Beniamin Resel hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Michal Szostak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milosz Podwojski in the 57th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, Maksymilian Panikowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 1909 Tarnovia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zryw Samsonów the free kick. Maksymilian Panikowski hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute, Zula Bara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Michal Szostak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Maruda, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Beniamin Resel kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Izydor Ruszczyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zryw Samsonów's Hugon Derlanga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Zryw Samsonów from getting a goal against them. After taking down the ball on 1909 Tarnovia's corner Izydor Ruszczyk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hugon Derlanga quite easily take care of the ball. Borys Maruda took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michal Szostak. Michal Szostak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Izydor Ruszczyk took a quick shot and it went in 5-1 without a chance for Hugon Derlanga to make any attempt to save it. After 81 minutes, Tomasz Pusiak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 1909 Tarnovia and the Zryw Samsonów players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Milosz Podwojski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Michal Szostak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milosz Podwojski, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After having played for 88 minutes, Borys Majorski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 1909 Tarnovia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Borys Majorski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the 1909 Tarnovia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Zryw Samsonów.
