A collision led to Ekipa Damcia getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Iwo Franzik hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Norbert Napierkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michal Szostak was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Norbert Napierkowski put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Michal Szostak. Norbert Napierkowskis short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Michal Szostak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Marian Waselenczuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witold Czekaj, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Norbert Napierkowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Michal Szostak. 1909 Tarnovia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Norbert Napierkowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 1909 Tarnovia's Michal Szostak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franciszek Ankiewicz in the 16th minute of play. Bartosz Fink hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The supporters of 1909 Tarnovia booed when Ekipa Damcia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartosz Fink didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Ekipa Damcia getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Korneliusz Degutis hit a great ball. The Ekipa Damcia fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Ekipa Damcia's Norbert Napierkowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Franciszek Ankiewicz hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dominik Osikowicz got free with Michal Szostak in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Michal Szostak stood somewhat misplaced when Norbert Napierkowski came free in front of goal and shot 5-0 to the left of him in the 39 minute. Iwo Franzik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Witold Czekaj managed to get in a good position for a shot. 1909 Tarnovia's supporters rose to their feet, but Witold Czekaj was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marian Waselenczuk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Izydor Ruszczyk to make the kick off. When Ekipa Damcia's Norbert Napierkowski in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norbert Napierkowski in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michal Szostak saved 1909 Tarnovia from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in 1909 Tarnovia's zone, Iwo Franzik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michal Szostak came out of the goal and Iwo Franzik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marian Waselenczuk came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by 1909 Tarnovia's Izydor Ruszczyk. But to his dismay, Izydor Ruszczyk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Roland Radzyminski sped through 1909 Tarnovia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Michal Szostak. After a rather tough play, 1909 Tarnovia's Tomasz Pusiak got a free kick in the 79th minute. The audience was convinced that Norbert Napierkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michal Szostak was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michal Szostak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 1909 Tarnovia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
