In the 9th minute Augustinas Baliutis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asmund Ødegård saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aleksotas FK's Virginijus Taujanskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjetil Arnesen in the 29th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vikjorden's zone, Nedas Stulpinas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asmund Ødegård came out of the goal and Nedas Stulpinas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vikjorden's Runar Røe pulled a muscle in his back after 35 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nojus Alijošius during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vikjorden's Pål Fiskerstrand was substituted for Runar Røe. After 36 played minutes Aleksotas FK got a freekick which was hit by Nojus Alijošius. Virginijus Taujanskas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brage Sandvoll in the 38th minute. In the 39th minute Benjaminas Česnauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asmund Ødegård saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vilius Latvėnas made a kick off. In the 57th minute of the match, Benjaminas Česnauskas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Asmund Ødegård was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Vikjorden's Asmund Ødegård proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Vikjorden from getting a goal against them. Asmund Ødegård made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augustinas Baliutis in the 63rd minute. With a little luck, Vikjorden's Asmund Ødegård got control of the ball when Vilius Latvėnas tried to sneak it across the goal line. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
