Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) When Glenn Westwood fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Henley on Thames United's protests and gave Glenn Westwood a yellow card for diving instead. Glenn Westwood got his second yellow card in the match during the 4th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Mattæus Bøtner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dion Croft, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Skellerup FC's Mattæus Bøtner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Plumber in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Henley on Thames United's goalkeeper Ross Armitage had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thorfinn Ranhauge. The audience was convinced that Dion Croft's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mattæus Bøtner was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Ross Armitage made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Thorfinn Ranhauge sent off a good shot on target. If Brendon Barnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Tony Plumber managed to get in a good position for a shot. Henley on Thames United's supporters rose to their feet, but Tony Plumber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mattæus Bøtner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ross Armitage made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jann Sieg in the 43rd minute of play. Thorfinn Ranhauge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ross Armitage tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Skellerup FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Henley on Thames United were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dion Croft to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Tony Plumber dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mattæus Bøtner, 0-2. After 67 minutes, Dion Croft mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Henley on Thames United and the Skellerup FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 67 played minutes Henley on Thames United got a freekick which was hit by Dion Croft. In the 69th minute, Jann Sieg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skellerup FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The supporters of Skellerup FC booed when Henley on Thames United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dion Croft didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jann Sieg came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Skellerup FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jann Sieg couldn't finish the play. Skellerup FC made a substitution. Jørgen Ebler replaced Jann Sieg. The supporters of Henley on Thames United booed when Skellerup FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harald Lundsgaardvig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dion Croft received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Mattæus Bøtner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Henley on Thames United's Marcus Simpson got a free kick in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thorfinn Ranhauge in the 83rd minute of play forced Henley on Thames United's goalkeeper Ross Armitage to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ross Armitage showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thorfinn Ranhauge, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Vance Ainsworth's late challenge caught a Skellerup FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vance Ainsworth helped the player get up and apologised. Vance Ainsworth kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. In the 98th minute, Caspar Rimsøe sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Henley on Thames United's Ross Armitage didn't even have to move. Henley on Thames United's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
