The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bobbi Søbøg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Endel Nuut in the 14th minute of play. O-TT-O's Bobbi Søbøg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Endel Nuut in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Måns Sandberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ragnar Paju. The goal made the score 1-0. After 29 minutes, Endel Nuut mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the JK Kurevere and the O-TT-O players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustus Ingersholm in the 65th minute of play forced JK Kurevere's goalkeeper Ragnar Paju to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Måns Sandberg notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of JK Kurevere's Ragnar Paju. Ragnar Paju was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
