After 2 played minutes SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. got a freekick which was hit by Junior Adamu. Niklas Sauter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur Løset, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. The supporters of SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. booed when Suleskard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Muro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrian Grøndahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinhard Borkmann in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Molland in the 16th minute of play forced SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goalkeeper Niklas Sauter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reinhard Borkmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Niklas Sauter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur Løset in the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Suleskard's goalkeeper Adrian Grøndahl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Junior Adamu. Niko Schulz hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Niklas Sauter came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Suleskard's Fredrik Molland. But to his dismay, Fredrik Molland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 37 minutes into the game, Arthur Løset cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Niklas Sauter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Niklas Sauter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredrik Molland in the 40th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Torbjörn Ruhnau to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Suleskard's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimir Stengert came free, but Adrian Grøndahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Fredrik Molland notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Niklas Sauter. Niklas Sauter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Niklas Sauter successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Niklas Sauter made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Arthur Løset sent off a good shot on target. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Kaspar Bretzel was substituted for Torbjörn Ruhnau. In the 76th minute, Jamal Higgins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. booed when Suleskard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjetil Gunnarsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute of the match Reinhard Borkmann shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adrian Grøndahl showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Suleskard booed when SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Junior Adamu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Fredrik Molland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suleskard's supporters rose to their feet, but Fredrik Molland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niklas Sauter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Cosmo Muth got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 87th minute of the match Jamal Higgins shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niklas Sauter showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Suleskard played a much better game than SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. and deserved their victory. The SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
