Tomé Calçada kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Filipe Semedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zarando Cordoba, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. GD JULIO DINIS's Filipe Semedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zarando Cordoba in the 14th minute of play. Filipe Semedo came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Ciruel Team's Crispin Klander. But to his dismay, Crispin Klander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Zarando Cordoba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rufo Azofra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Filipe Semedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Puyol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. The long shot by Isi Rider in the 41st minute really tested Filipe Semedo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 42 minutes into the game, Crispin Klander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Filipe Semedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

52 minutes into the match, GD JULIO DINIS's goal looked a bit too open when José Puyol came free, but Filipe Semedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4-0 became the score in the 54th minute when Zarando Cordoba elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Filipe Semedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Crispin Klander, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After some careless play in the GD JULIO DINIS defense, Zarando Cordoba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filipe Semedo. The GD JULIO DINIS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filipe Semedo should have stopped the shot. 66 minutes into the game, Ciruel Team's Zarando Cordoba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filipe Semedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldaír Ruas in the 70th minute of play forced Ciruel Team's goalkeeper Pedro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Zarando Cordoba made a precise shot to the right of Filipe Semedo. GD JULIO DINIS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. In the 80th minute, Zarando Cordoba ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filipe Semedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Ciruel Team's José Puyol got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Ciruel Team booed when GD JULIO DINIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgílio Guimarães didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filipe Semedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Puyol in the 88th minute of play. Zarando Cordoba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Filipe Semedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
