In the 5th minute of the match, Joan Gallego tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alexandre Paixão saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alcides Lobo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perico Solo having to interfere. Perico Solo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alcides Lobo in the 9th minute of play. Alexandre Paixão was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joan Gallego showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. In the 21st minute F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA were awarded a corner. Luis Abellan went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's corner Luis Abellan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alexandre Paixão quite easily take care of the ball. After 23 played minutes F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Estruch. After a rather tough play, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Joan Gallego got a free kick in the 31st minute. Antxoka Valerón took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexandre Paixão. Alexandre Paixão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 39 minutes into the match, Atlético Micaelense's goal looked a bit too open when Hitzeder Campello came free, but Alexandre Paixão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antxoka Valerón kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Antunes came free, but Perico Solo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Torcato Paião to strike the kick off in the second half. When Dani Gallardo fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's protests and gave Dani Gallardo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd match minute, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dani Gallardo to maneuver through the defense. Atlético Micaelense were furious when Leonel Valentim was red carded, 60 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antxoka Valerón in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexandre Paixão saved Atlético Micaelense from getting behind. 75 minutes into the match, Atlético Micaelense's goal looked a bit too open when Antxoka Valerón came free, but Alexandre Paixão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrin Aguilar charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andrin Aguilar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Andrin Aguilar hit a great ball. Perico Solo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torcato Paião in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute of the match Atlético Micaelense got a corner. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Veríssimo Veríssimo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Atlético Micaelense's Veríssimo Veríssimo to fire away a dangerous shot which Perico Solo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Perico Solo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torcato Paião, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dani Gallardo kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After 96 played minutes Atlético Micaelense got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Sabrosa. Joaquin Estruch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Paixão having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA had won after a very even match.
