In the 21st minute Cipriano Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Carioca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nestor Carioca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlinhos Gøl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evandro Vaz in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Seco to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0.
