Davi Fontes hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Ramiro Barreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacá Pimenta in the 6th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Mamutes EC's Marcinho Negri dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Ramiro Barreto was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Enio Silveira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Enio Silveira really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. The supporters of Mamutes EC booed when Arsenal de Gols F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dênis da Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute of the match Enio Silveira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ramiro Barreto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ramiro Barreto had great luck who in the 37thth minute grab hold of the ball when Enio Silveira from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Duda Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cacá Pimenta got free with Ramiro Barreto in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Davi Fontes was the one to do the kick off. Mamutes EC's Cacá Pimenta got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, Cacá Pimenta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramiro Barreto. Arsenal de Gols F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cacá Pimenta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Ramiro Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enio Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. When Matías Mazza fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arsenal de Gols F.C's protests and gave Matías Mazza a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mamutes EC booed when Arsenal de Gols F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matías Mazza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramiro Barreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enio Silveira in the 73rd minute of play. Davi Fontes's late challenge caught a Mamutes EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Davi Fontes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th match minute, Arsenal de Gols F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davi Fontes to maneuver through the defense. Natã Sanches lost his temper 87 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Natã Sanches kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Arsenal de Gols F.C's Dênis da Mata tried to score from far away in the 89th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ramiro Barreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacá Pimenta in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Arsenal de Gols F.C's Matías Mazza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Giovani Guimarães. Giovani Guimarães yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mamutes EC had played much better football throughout.
