The referee ignored Brasiliense FC's protests and gave Kiko Pirani a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Brasiliense FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Kiko Pirani hit a great ball. In the 14th minute José Vítor Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wágner Seco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wágner Seco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Vítor Duarte in the 18th minute of the match. Wágner Seco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorian Dante in the 20th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Izaltina FAD's goalkeeper Durval Messias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kiko Pirani. Wágner Seco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dorian Arósio's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 25th minute of the game, Otávio Pinheiro landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Guilherme Cruz charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With a little luck, Izaltina FAD's Durval Messias got control of the ball when Kiko Pirani tried to sneak it across the goal line. Durval Messias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kiko Pirani, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Wágner Seco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juninho de Azevedo in the 65th minute of play forced Izaltina FAD's goalkeeper Durval Messias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66thth minute of the game Kiko Pirani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Izaltina FAD's Durval Messias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 68th minute of the match Brasiliense FC got a corner. Izaltina FAD's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nilson Rosa ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Nilson Rosa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Izaltina FAD's Durval Messias did a great save. In the 72nd minute, Kiko Pirani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dorian Arósio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Wágner Seco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Guilherme Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dé Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Messias having to interfere. In the 83rd match minute, Izaltina FAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorian Dante to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Izaltina FAD's goal looked a bit too open when Juninho de Azevedo came free, but Durval Messias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Izaltina FAD players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Brasiliense FC.
