In the 7th match minute, Pancha Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Iratze to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Gilberto Sandalio took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Hector Intxixu to make any attempt to save it. In the 18th minute of the match, Gilberto Sandalio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hector Intxixu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Justo Berdoi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hector Intxixu came out and tried to block the shot, but Justo Berdoi slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 37th minute. Pancha Futbol Club's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gilberto Sandalio 40 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moises Rosio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Moises Rosio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Teodoro Frechoso made a huge save. Moises Rosio came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Teodoro Frechoso could save by the left post. Teodoro Frechoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Rosio in the 56th minute of play. After 57 played minutes Chacarita Jrs got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Urbez. In the 58th minute Moises Rosio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Frechoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, Moises Rosio lined in a short shot 4-1 behind a frustrated Teodoro Frechoso. Moises Rosio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Pancha Futbol Club defense, Justo Berdoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hector Intxixu. The Pancha Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hector Intxixu should have stopped the shot. In the last second Teodoro Frechoso throw himself and got hold of the ball when Moises Rosio in the 84thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After having played for 90 minutes, Gilberto Sandalio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chacarita Jrs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilberto Sandalio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Pancha Futbol Club getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Santiago Frans hit a great ball. Moises Rosio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pancha Futbol Club's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
