The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Narciso Ederono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Narciso Ederono managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cervezanegra A.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Narciso Ederono was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonio Chabier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erubiel Joanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Chabier having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Narciso Ederono reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Antonio Chabier. The goal made the score 1-0. Fermin Demesio came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Saturno's Ovidio Pirro. But to his dismay, Ovidio Pirro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Blas Aguirre charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Blas Aguirre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Saturno getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Blas Aguirre hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Cervezanegra A.C.'s Tiburcio Llorian got a free kick in the 19th minute. After 20 played minutes Saturno got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Indalecio. In the 29th minute of the match, Erubiel Joanes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Antonio Chabier saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Antonio Chabier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Gabrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Mariano Raulo hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Alfredo Gabrio didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-1 via right post in the game's 37th minute. Cervezanegra A.C.'s supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 41st minute, Erubiel Joanes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Antonio Chabier. The goal made the score 3-1. Narciso Ederono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ovidio Pirro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Alfredo Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Chabier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Saturno getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Blas Aguirre hit a great ball. After 61 played minutes Saturno got a freekick which was hit by Anier Herensuge. Alfredo Gabrio might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antonio Chabier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfredo Gabrio ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 64th minute, Narciso Ederono made a precise shot to the right of Antonio Chabier. Saturno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Ovidio Pirro took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Fermin Demesio to make any attempt to save it. 74 minutes into the match, Alfredo Gabrio notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Saturno's Antonio Chabier. Antonio Chabier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mariano Raulo charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cervezanegra A.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Saturno had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
