OROTINENSE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nova Soccer the free kick. A collision led to OROTINENSE getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Beppe Sarnelli hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Nova Soccer defense, Iordache Opincaru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Estefan Vizcarreto. The Nova Soccer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Estefan Vizcarreto should have stopped the shot. When Donat Collier fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nova Soccer's protests and gave Donat Collier a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Nova Soccer's Donat Collier got a free kick in the 11th minute. The throw-in from Nery Hurtado in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nova Soccer's José Luis Carranza. In the 16th minute, Iordache Opincaru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Estefan Vizcarreto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Iordache Opincaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Estefan Vizcarreto made a huge save. Estefan Vizcarreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Songurhan Mete in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Iordache Opincaru made a precise shot to the right of Estefan Vizcarreto. Nova Soccer's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Nova Soccer's José Luis Carranza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nery Hurtado in the 33 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donat Collier in the 34th minute of play forced OROTINENSE's goalkeeper Liu Yong Yong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 played minutes, OROTINENSE's Leonel Cisneros shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Estefan Vizcarreto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in OROTINENSE reached it. 41 minutes into the match, Songurhan Mete had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Estefan Vizcarreto. Nova Soccer's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Songurhan Mete was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Estefan Vizcarreto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iordache Opincaru in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iordache Opincaru to strike the kick off in the second half. Estefan Vizcarreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iordache Opincaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacek Walczak in the 63rd minute of play forced Nova Soccer's goalkeeper Estefan Vizcarreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Estefan Vizcarreto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iordache Opincaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 66 played minutes Nova Soccer got a freekick which was hit by José Luis Carranza. Songurhan Mete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Estefan Vizcarreto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juan Manuel Vargas's late challenge caught a OROTINENSE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Manuel Vargas helped the player get up and apologised. After 71 played minutes Nova Soccer got a freekick which was hit by Juan Manuel Vargas. In the 79th minute, Jimmy-Floyd Sung ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Estefan Vizcarreto was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. 83 minutes into the match, Nova Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Jimmy-Floyd Sung came free, but Estefan Vizcarreto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruhi Uluöz in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Estefan Vizcarreto saved Nova Soccer from getting behind. Juan Manuel Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Estefan Vizcarreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iordache Opincaru in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Juan Manuel Vargas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, Iordache Opincaru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Estefan Vizcarreto. Nova Soccer's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iordache Opincaru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. OROTINENSE walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
