Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Urritz Martiniana kicked off to start the match. Will McMahon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerzy Lewandowski in the 6th minute of the match. Loco Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rui Figueiras made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Claudio Plante sent off a good shot on target. After 14 played minutes DALO S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Raúl Mauleon. Vancouver Reds's Frankie Carnes got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Claudio Plante charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudio Plante the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jerzy Lewandowski's late challenge caught a Vancouver Reds's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerzy Lewandowski helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Vancouver Reds booed when DALO S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerzy Lewandowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. DALO S.C.'s Rui Figueiras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harlan Correa in the 23rd minute of play. Rui Figueiras stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Harlan Correa's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Loco Alves might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Will McMahon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Loco Alves ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urritz Martiniana in the 29th minute of play forced Vancouver Reds's goalkeeper Will McMahon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 played minutes Vancouver Reds got a freekick which was hit by Harlan Correa. Will McMahon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urritz Martiniana, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bradley Ferrell during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jerzy Lewandowski struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Will McMahon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DALO S.C.. Valéry Morales could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Rui Figueiras made a huge save. 47 minutes into the match, Vancouver Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Loco Alves came free, but Will McMahon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute, Harlan Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 50 played minutes DALO S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jerzy Lewandowski. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After 54 played minutes DALO S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Héctor Medeiros. 59 minutes into the game, Urritz Martiniana recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Will McMahon. Urritz Martiniana showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Will McMahon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loco Alves in the 64th minute of the match. Rui Figueiras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frankie Carnes in the 66th minute of the match. When Peter Aceituno fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DALO S.C.'s protests and gave Peter Aceituno a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th minute, Peter Aceituno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rui Figueiras came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Vancouver Reds's Valéry Morales. But to his dismay, Valéry Morales quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. DALO S.C.'s Peter Aceituno got his second yellow card of the match in the 83rd minute. The referee ordered Peter Aceituno off the ground. After a rather tough play, DALO S.C.'s Peter Aceituno got a free kick in the 84th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Vancouver Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Manolo Uquillas came free, but Will McMahon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bradley Ferrell struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Rui Figueiras didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vancouver Reds. Vancouver Reds's Will McMahon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manolo Uquillas in the 93rd minute of play. In the 97th minute Vancouver Reds were awarded a corner. Valéry Morales went to the cornerflag to take it. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
