Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Clodoveo Dino took the kick off in the first half of the match. Saverio Chuse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Don Bagui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Segundo Gol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Dino in the 5th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Laurendi came free, but Segundo Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 6 played minutes New England Minas got a freekick which was hit by Fletcher Lund. New England Minas's Segundo Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Dino in the 7th minute of play. With a little luck, Águilas Poblanas's Saverio Chuse got control of the ball when Cory Kirkland tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 12 played minutes Águilas Poblanas got a freekick which was hit by Jacobo Diagur. After 13 played minutes Águilas Poblanas got a freekick which was hit by Clodoveo Dino. After 16 played minutes Águilas Poblanas got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Laurendi. Tomas Lore hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Saverio Chuse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Bagui, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Laurendi came free, but Segundo Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Don Bagui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saverio Chuse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute Clodoveo Dino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Águilas Poblanas booed when New England Minas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bora La Marca didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Don Bagui was the one to do the kick off. Águilas Poblanas's Saverio Chuse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cory Kirkland in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Jarod Hester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, New England Minas's Don Bagui sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saverio Chuse narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 63 minutes into the game, New England Minas's Chris Cabezon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Saverio Chuse made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 66 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goalkeeper Segundo Gol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgilio Laurendi. In the 70th minute, Jarod Hester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Segundo Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Dino, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Virgilio Laurendi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Segundo Gol made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Águilas Poblanas's Clodoveo Dino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Segundo Gol. That made the score 2-1 after 77 minutes of play. If Don Bagui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Segundo Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Lore in the 89th minute of play. Don Bagui took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saverio Chuse. Saverio Chuse dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. With a little luck, New England Minas's Segundo Gol got control of the ball when Virgilio Laurendi tried to sneak it across the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Águilas Poblanas players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for New England Minas.
