The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Aquilino Rameriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xandro Zubillaga in the 52nd minute of play. Gustau Samano was a little too slow when Guilherme Olivieri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 3-2. Gustau Samano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Scott Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Scott Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute Scott Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustau Samano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
