Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Åke Qvalfeldt started the match with the kick off. In the 4thth minute of the game Olov Hedbom who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grytöl's Karl-Erik Västlund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Blåvitt's Christer Aleberg got a free kick in the 5th minute. Olov Hedbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Erik Västlund having to interfere. A collision led to Grytöl getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Richard Josefsson hit a great ball. Pontus Valström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Åke Qvalfeldt in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Olov Hedbom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blåvitt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 20th match minute, Grytöl was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Flink to maneuver through the defense. Billy Hjelm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Karl-Erik Västlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pontus Valström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bengt Bengtsson went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 34th match minute, Blåvitt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Oskar Gunnarsson to maneuver through the defense. Åke Qvalfeldt struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Pontus Valström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grytöl. Grytöl's Karl-Erik Västlund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Grytöl from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd match minute, Grytöl was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Josefsson to maneuver through the defense. After 44 minutes, Olov Hedbom mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blåvitt and the Grytöl players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bengt Bengtsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Pontus Valström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Blåvitt's zone, Bengt Bengtsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pontus Valström came out of the goal and Bengt Bengtsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 55th match minute, Grytöl was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Josefsson to maneuver through the defense. Alexander Sikström kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olov Hedbom in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Erik Västlund saved Grytöl from getting behind. Hannes Waller struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Karl-Erik Västlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blåvitt. Pontus Valström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Flink, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olov Hedbom in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Erik Västlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olov Hedbom in the 78th minute of play forced Grytöl's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Västlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute Blåvitt were awarded a corner. Olov Hedbom went to the cornerflag to take it. Blåvitt's Olov Hedbom was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Karl-Erik Västlund in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olov Hedbom in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Erik Västlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. George Flink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pontus Valström having to interfere. Grytöl's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
