Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) When Nicklas Skark fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hisingstads BK's protests and gave Nicklas Skark a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Hisingstads BK's Nicklas Skark got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Kenneth Olenberg's late challenge caught a Hisingstads BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kenneth Olenberg helped the player get up and apologised. Kenneth Olenberg hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicklas Skark in the 9th minute of play forced Norrlands Athen's goalkeeper Stefan Sjöberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Nicklas Skark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Norrlands Athen getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Aleksander Hultstrand hit a great ball. If Ted Forsman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stefan Gunnarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. When Sixten Rönn came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Norrlands Athen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sixten Rönn couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Hisingstads BK's August Östensson got a free kick in the 28th minute. Conny Lennartsson took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stefan Sjöberg. Stefan Sjöberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Norrlands Athen's Stefan Sjöberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ted Forsman in the 34th minute of play. Ted Forsman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Stefan Sjöberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conny Lennartsson in the 41st minute of play forced Norrlands Athen's goalkeeper Stefan Sjöberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stefan Sjöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Gunnarsson in the 43rd minute of the match. Bo Kilstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Backman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Kent Bäcklin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 53rd match minute, Hisingstads BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Björkkvist to maneuver through the defense. Allan Lind charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Allan Lind the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 54 minutes into the game, one of Hisingstads BK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Norrlands Athen a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kenneth Olenberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hisingstads BK's Bo Kilstedt. 1-1. Kent Bäcklin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bo Kilstedt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. With his leg Stefan Sjöberg managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Hisingstads BK's Conny Lennartsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 71 minutes into the match, Norrlands Athen's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Forsman came free, but Stefan Sjöberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Stefan Gunnarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, Conny Lennartsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Stefan Sjöberg, 1-2. In the 85th minute, Roger Björkkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Sixten Rönn made a precise shot to the right of Bo Kilstedt. Hisingstads BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Stefan Sjöberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ted Forsman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 2-3 became the score in the 93rd minute when Conny Lennartsson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Hisingstads BK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
