The supporters of Ronnys Lärjungar booed when Xentrias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leo Harman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Robert Ingemarsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 12 minutes into the game, Emanuel Håkansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Xentrias's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ronnys Lärjungar the free kick. After 12 played minutes Xentrias got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Håkansson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommy Beck in the 18th minute of play forced Xentrias's goalkeeper Maximilian Strömbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Tommy Beck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximilian Strömbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joar Björk hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Karl Grep kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. With a little luck, Ronnys Lärjungar's Rolf Arvidsson got control of the ball when Robert Ingemarsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st minute, Xentrias's Emanuel Håkansson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rolf Arvidsson. Rolf Arvidsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Karl Grep hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Xentrias's Robert Ingemarsson got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ronnys Lärjungar's George Esbjörnsson was substituted for Kjell-Arne Skott. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tommy Beck was the one to do the kick off. Xentrias's Maximilian Strömbom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Xentrias from getting a goal against them. Dan Uggstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ronnys Lärjungar's Karl Grep got a free kick in the 57th minute. Rolf Arvidsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robert Ingemarsson went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Xentrias's Ian Nordlander got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xentrias's Maximilian Strömbom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Xentrias from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute, Ian Nordlander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Arnold Sur fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ronnys Lärjungar's protests and gave Arnold Sur a yellow card for diving instead. Jan-Erik Säf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Maximilian Strömbom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rolf Arvidsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Ingemarsson in the 80th minute of the match. When Arnold Sur came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Ronnys Lärjungar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnold Sur couldn't finish the play.
