Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 0) 11 minutes into the match, Manole Văleanu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cermeiu AC's Iulian Costandin. Iulian Costandin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Iulian Costandin came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Fc Universitatea Cluj's Eusebiu Ghițulescu. But to his dismay, Eusebiu Ghițulescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Claudiu Hidiș kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After having played for 25 minutes, Manole Văleanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Universitatea Cluj's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manole Văleanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th minute, George Hodorog hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Cermeiu AC's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelian Ghioncu came free, but Iulian Costandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iulian Costandin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manole Văleanu went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 42 minutes into the game, Fc Universitatea Cluj's Manole Văleanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iulian Costandin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Manole Văleanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iulian Costandin having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cazimir Lițu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Niculae Lelescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manole Văleanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iulian Costandin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Manole Văleanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Iulian Costandin made a huge save. In the 61st match minute, Cermeiu AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ilie Oardă to maneuver through the defense. Cermeiu AC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Manole Văleanu scored to the left of an out of position Iulian Costandin, making the score, 0-5. In the 73rd minute of the match, Dan Vornicescu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iulian Costandin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Iulian Costandin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dumitru Vidican in the 79th minute. Cermeiu AC's Iulian Costandin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Cermeiu AC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Cermeiu AC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Claudiu Hidiș hit a great ball. When Fc Universitatea Cluj's Manole Văleanu in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cermeiu AC's goalie prevented a goal. Iulian Costandin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niculae Lelescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 minutes, Sorin Şoiman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cermeiu AC and the Fc Universitatea Cluj players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Sorin Şoiman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fc Universitatea Cluj played a much better game than Cermeiu AC and deserved their victory. The Cermeiu AC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
