Roch Psotka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wasyl Bator in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Dominik Lagiewniki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Wasyl Bator managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Irons Chorzów's supporters rose to their feet, but Wasyl Bator was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roch Psotka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Artur Pyrtek struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Juliusz Giertych didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RW AHLEN-KNURÓW. 30 minutes into the game, one of The Irons Chorzów:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 31st minute, the referee gave RW AHLEN-KNURÓW a penalty. Hugon Kalak looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Juliusz Giertych. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maksymilian Czysta in the 34th minute of play forced RW AHLEN-KNURÓW's goalkeeper Roch Psotka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, The Irons Chorzów's goal looked a bit too open when Boguslaw Panikowski came free, but Juliusz Giertych reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zachary Janiczek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juliusz Giertych having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artur Pyrtek got free with Juliusz Giertych in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Artur Pyrtek was the one to do the kick off. If Artur Pyrtek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Roch Psotka successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Maksymilian Czysta kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. When Benedykt Gardocki fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Irons Chorzów's protests and gave Benedykt Gardocki a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of RW AHLEN-KNURÓW booed when The Irons Chorzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedykt Gardocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute of the match Hugon Kalak shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juliusz Giertych showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wasyl Bator during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zenon Bronicki hit a great ball. In the 89th minute Artur Pyrtek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juliusz Giertych saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The RW AHLEN-KNURÓW fans cheered their team off the field, for while The Irons Chorzów had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
