Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jonathan Negri started the match with the kick off. Betão Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Negri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 4 minutes, Júlio Maranhense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esporte Clube Zeus and the Coelho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th match minute, Esporte Clube Zeus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio Maranhense to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Rafa Chaves from long distance, 5 minutes into the match, got Betão Pires's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Nestor Lopes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tiaguinho Albuquerque went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Coelho FC's Perivaldo Azevedo got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Negri in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Betão Pires prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Betão Pires stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Negri's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. The supporters of Esporte Clube Zeus booed when Coelho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edson Falcão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Perivaldo Azevedo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Betão Pires 17 minutes into the match. Válbson Hermes's late challenge caught a Coelho FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Válbson Hermes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, Esporte Clube Zeus's Elias Magalhães seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Elias Magalhães the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Esporte Clube Zeus protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Elias Magalhães had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Esporte Clube Zeus getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Elias Magalhães hit a great ball. Esporte Clube Zeus's Betão Pires proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Esporte Clube Zeus from getting a goal against them. 36 minutes into the match Perivaldo Azevedo climbed in front of goal and pressed up 2-1 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Betão Pires. Betão Pires was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Jonathan Negri capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jonathan Negri really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Betão Pires stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Negri's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ediberto Saraiva to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Esporte Clube Zeus's zone, Perivaldo Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Betão Pires came out of the goal and Perivaldo Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute, Jonathan Negri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Coelho FC's Jonathan Negri in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Esporte Clube Zeus's goalie prevented a goal. After 70 minutes, Jonathan Negri made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Esporte Clube Zeus's Betão Pires tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Perivaldo Azevedo took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Betão Pires. Betão Pires dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonathan Negri in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Betão Pires saved Esporte Clube Zeus from getting behind. In the 92nd minute, Olívio Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Betão Pires came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Coelho FC's Alfredinho Paraense. But to his dismay, Alfredinho Paraense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Coelho FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
