Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Carlos Fernando Barral started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Luís Paulo Velloso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artur Sabóia in the 3rd minute. José Couto made in the 7th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Mexilhão F. C.'s Manoel Pitta. Cássio Pirani's late challenge caught a Mexilhão F. C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cássio Pirani helped the player get up and apologised. After 9 played minutes Lógica FC got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Pirani. 18 minutes into the game, Manoel Pitta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mexilhão F. C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lógica FC the free kick. After 18 played minutes Mexilhão F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Manoel Pitta. Artur Sabóia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Luís Paulo Velloso made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Sabóia in the 24th minute of play forced Mexilhão F. C.'s goalkeeper Luís Paulo Velloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artur Sabóia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Mexilhão F. C.'s João Augusto Duarte got a free kick in the 27th minute. Luís Paulo Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Sabóia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 41st minute of the match Cássio Pirani completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cássio Pirani a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Lógica FC's Cássio Pirani got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Carlos Fernando Barral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The crowd rose to their feet as Carlos Fernando Barral kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Francisco Rosa. That made the score 0-1 in the 58 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Waldir Prata during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Lógica FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Waldir Prata hit a great ball. Abel Borges scored 0-2 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Francisco Rosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Francisco Rosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Eduardo Sousa in the 70th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Carlos Fernando Barral fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Francisco Rosa, passed just outside the right post. After 81 minutes of play, Lógica FC's Romeu Nascimento made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Paulo Velloso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Artur Sabóia in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Paulo Velloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mexilhão F. C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
