Galo na Veia FC™'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dedé Dante 10 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Dedé Dante kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elói Medeiros. That made the score 2-0 in the 16 minute of play. Léo Goiano charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Léo Goiano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Conrado Linares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Penha in the 26th minute of the match. The supporters of Ibirama Futebol Clube booed when Galo na Veia FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Léo Goiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dênis Terra's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Elói Medeiros firmly grabbed it by the left post. Galo na Veia FC™'s Elói Medeiros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Galo na Veia FC™ from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute, Dênis Terra made a precise shot to the right of Elói Medeiros. Galo na Veia FC™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Galo na Veia FC™'s Elói Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franklin Loyola in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Renato Penha was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Galo na Veia FC™'s zone, Dênis Terra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elói Medeiros came out of the goal and Dênis Terra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elói Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dedé Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 59 played minutes Ibirama Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Marcinho Dionísio. After 64 played minutes Galo na Veia FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Léo Goiano. Elói Medeiros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dedé Dante in the 67th minute of play. Emílio Bueno kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After 77 played minutes Galo na Veia FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Mattos. Galo na Veia FC™'s Elói Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurício Queirós in the 78th minute of play. Ibirama Futebol Clube's Conrado Linares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato Penha in the 80th minute of play. If Renato Penha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 minutes of play, Ibirama Futebol Clube's Dedé Dante made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elói Medeiros was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Dênis Terra in the 89th minute of play forced Galo na Veia FC™'s goalkeeper Elói Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elói Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedé Dante in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94thth minute of the game Renato Penha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ibirama Futebol Clube's Conrado Linares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Conrado Linares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renato Penha in the 95th minute. Ibirama Futebol Clube's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
