Roman Pacifico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Firme having to interfere.

The wind increased when Marcial Felo made the kick off in the second half. Centenario Bohemio's Fernando Evangelista managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Victoriano Toro in the 76 minute of the game. In the 77th minute of the match Martin Chano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christian Firme skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Centenario Bohemio getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Alfonso Montrell hit a great ball. Marcial Felo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Isaias Bordat made a huge save. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Centenario Bohemio's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Angel Hanot was slow to take the kick. During this time Juan Sebastian Veron's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Juan Sebastian Veron's corner Angel Hanot fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Isaias Bordat quite easily take care of the ball. In the 86th minute Fernando Evangelista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Firme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marciano Txomin's late challenge caught a Centenario Bohemio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marciano Txomin helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Centenario Bohemio booed when Juan Sebastian Veron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Gonsalve didn't get a good kick on the ball. Centenario Bohemio's Roman Pacifico got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juan Sebastian Veron succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Centenario Bohemio had controlled the match.
