Anselmo Asur's late challenge caught a Joy Division Athletic's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anselmo Asur helped the player get up and apologised. Anselmo Asur kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Romeo Matia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Abastas having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Eugenio Ritchie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rosendo Abastas was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. The Barrilete Cósmico fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Joy Division Athletic were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
