Donato Raulo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cecilio Izel in the 4th minute of play. When Cecilio Izel came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Yaji FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cecilio Izel couldn't finish the play. 9 minutes into the game, Rogelio Jenaro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Donato Raulo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Lalla in the 15th minute of play forced Furia Calamar's goalkeeper Donato Raulo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 minutes, Dante Rivas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yaji FC and the Furia Calamar players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dante Rivas kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes Furia Calamar got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Domeka. In the 19th minute Cecilio Izel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Raulo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 22 minutes, Rogelio Jenaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yaji FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogelio Jenaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cecilio Izel in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donato Raulo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24thth minute of the game Cecilio Izel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Furia Calamar's Donato Raulo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jimeno Montrel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 34th minute, Cecilio Izel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donato Raulo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Rogelio Jenaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erubiel Matthew to strike the kick off in the second half. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amadeo Aguirre showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 72nd match minute, Furia Calamar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Duarte to maneuver through the defense. Cecilio Izel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Raulo having to interfere. The long shot by Lisandro Johans in the 80th minute really tested Donato Raulo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of Furia Calamar booed when Yaji FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Ferrer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Cecilio Izel made a precise shot to the right of Donato Raulo. Furia Calamar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Jacinto Berasko's late challenge caught a Yaji FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacinto Berasko helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th minute, Jacinto Berasko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Raulo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Izel in the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Yaji FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
