A collision led to Imperio Académico getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Sergio Lucian hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aureliano Quirce to make the kick off. The Victor Frans was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Victor Frans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Melchor Joachim went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Gaudencio Celio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Gogo Gimenez made a huge save. Growlithe FC's Victor Frans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Dodorol in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, Osvaldo Dodorol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Victor Frans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Growlithe FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
