Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Conrado Socorro started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Socorro in the 12th minute of play forced AZURDUY F.C.'s goalkeeper Generoso Bemabe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arsenio Osorio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Chuan in the 14th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Candido Theodore during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 27 minutes into the game, Pan FC's Candido Theodore nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Generoso Bemabe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Arsenio Osorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Weterio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cipriano Chuan kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Generoso Bemabe made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Conrado Socorro sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoldo Curcio in the 37th minute of play forced Pan FC's goalkeeper Arsenio Osorio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AZURDUY F.C.'s Generoso Bemabe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Socorro in the 38th minute of play. Generoso Bemabe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Conrado Socorro in the 41st minute. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Candido Theodore took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Generoso Bemabe to make any attempt to save it. In the 47th match minute, Pan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Olivar to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnoldo Curcio to make the kick off. Generoso Bemabe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Theodore in the 61st minute of the match. Generoso Bemabe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conrado Socorro's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute Alejo Weterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Osorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arsenio Osorio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Curcio in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Vela in the 72nd minute of play forced AZURDUY F.C.'s goalkeeper Generoso Bemabe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Conrado Socorro in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Generoso Bemabe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Generoso Bemabe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Socorro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the match, Candido Theodore notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of AZURDUY F.C.'s Generoso Bemabe. Generoso Bemabe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Alejo Weterio managed to get in a good position for a shot. AZURDUY F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Alejo Weterio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arsenio Osorio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th match minute, Pan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Micael to maneuver through the defense. After 91 played minutes Pan FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Olivar. In the 95th match minute, AZURDUY F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Pudes to maneuver through the defense. AZURDUY F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
