Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ciriaco Cayo made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Bieito. 6 minutes into the match, Hipolito Castulo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Racing Club's Gonzalo Tebaldo. Gonzalo Tebaldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 10th match minute, Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Valente to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of RED DEVIL booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Raymond didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Marcelino Rubio got a free kick in the 14th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Club's zone, Ciriaco Cayo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gonzalo Tebaldo came out of the goal and Ciriaco Cayo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Raymond was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Racing Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RED DEVIL the free kick. In the 16th minute, Lorenzo Raymond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Racing Club's Gonzalo Tebaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Cayo in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Ciriaco Cayo came free, but Gonzalo Tebaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonzalo Tebaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Mannie in the 22nd minute of play. Hipolito Castulo missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 27 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Gonzalo Tebaldo right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Silvestre Mundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvestre Mundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casimiro Tristan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gonzalo Tebaldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horacio Mannie in the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Marcelino Rubio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gonzalo Tebaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Cayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Racing Club defense, Ciriaco Cayo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gonzalo Tebaldo. The Racing Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gonzalo Tebaldo should have stopped the shot. Casimiro Tristan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Mundo in the 38th minute of play. After 38 minutes, Ivan Pueblo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RED DEVIL and the Racing Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ivan Pueblo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Efrain Evis made in the 45th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Horacio Mannie however managed to control. After the first half RED DEVIL were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Domingos Gonsalve to strike the kick off in the second half. Ivan Pueblo hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Efrain Evis in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Racing Club's Angel Raymond. Celedonio Endira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lino Fidencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 74 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Ciriaco Cayo came free, but Gonzalo Tebaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Racing Club made a substitution. Uriel Manex replaced Americo Senio. Casimiro Tristan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Endira, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Cayetano Belasko's late challenge caught a Racing Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cayetano Belasko helped the player get up and apologised. Cayetano Belasko kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Lorenzo Raymond kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Francisco Bieito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Celedonio Endira fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Racing Club's protests and gave Celedonio Endira a yellow card for diving instead. Efrain Evis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Gonzalo Tebaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
