Casimiro Abreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Acevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ermegildo Ramone charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ermegildo Ramone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th minute, Serafin Estebano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Casimiro Abreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Pelagius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, ALIDIM FOR EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Saturnino Cidro came free, but Casimiro Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Serafin Estebano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Valente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casimiro Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Iyan in the 23rd minute of play. Serafin Estebano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Valente having to interfere. Saturnino Cidro hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 42nd match minute, ALIDIM FOR EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Mel to maneuver through the defense. Casimiro Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Cidro, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After a rather tough play, Los Podridos ll's Astor Calvet got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute Lisandro Nahia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Valente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Hector Iyan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Podridos ll's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Iyan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casimiro Abreu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute Lisandro Nahia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Valente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lisandro Nahia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Valente having to interfere. In the 77th match minute, Los Podridos ll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Herauso to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Los Podridos ll's zone, Chinomso Tapia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Valente came out of the goal and Chinomso Tapia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
