Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) CORSARIO's Pedro Artigue started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Randell Huerta fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Illinois Bluewaters's protests and gave Randell Huerta a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6th match minute, Illinois Bluewaters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Randell Huerta to maneuver through the defense. When Freddie Workman fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Illinois Bluewaters's protests and gave Freddie Workman a yellow card for diving instead. After 8 played minutes Illinois Bluewaters got a freekick which was hit by Freddie Workman. Freddie Workman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Christian Caldevilla firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ernest Talley came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by CORSARIO's Moisés Antonijoan. But to his dismay, Moisés Antonijoan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarrett Wiggins in the 25th minute of play forced CORSARIO's goalkeeper Christian Caldevilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, CORSARIO's goal looked a bit too open when Jarrett Wiggins came free, but Christian Caldevilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Jarrett Wiggins managed to get in a good position for a shot. Illinois Bluewaters's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarrett Wiggins was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christian Caldevilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ernest Talley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xaime Laguardia in the 35th minute of play. Moisés Antonijoan hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Christian Caldevilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jarrett Wiggins's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. 39 minutes in the game, Terrell Tharp fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Christian Caldevilla having to interfere. Christian Caldevilla had great luck who in the 42ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Jarrett Wiggins from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Terrell Tharp to make the kick off. In the 60th minute, Travis Rowland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernest Talley made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Rene Cavallosa sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Illinois Bluewaters's Freddie Workman got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 65th match minute, CORSARIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Casarin to maneuver through the defense. Christian Caldevilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jarrett Wiggins went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Pedro Artigue's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ernest Talley firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, Illinois Bluewaters's Ernest Talley got control of the ball when Pedro Artigue tried to sneak it across the goal line. Terrell Tharp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute Leonel Soldevilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Talley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernest Talley came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by CORSARIO's Pedro Artigue. But to his dismay, Pedro Artigue quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Ernest Talley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xaime Laguardia in the 88th minute. Xurxo Carrozal's late challenge caught a Illinois Bluewaters's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xurxo Carrozal helped the player get up and apologised. After 93 played minutes Illinois Bluewaters got a freekick which was hit by Randell Huerta. Omar Aries received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Ernest Talley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Illinois Bluewaters's goalkeeper Ernest Talley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Artigue. Ernest Talley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xaime Laguardia, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute.
