With his leg Sotil Saavedra managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Cefero Juarros fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Luciano Rosario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Txomin Villamañan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Archibaldo Paz, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Sotil Saavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Rosario in the 13th minute of play. Txomin Villamañan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roldanillo Chaniz in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Xanti Capon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sotil Saavedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cefero Juarros got free with Sotil Saavedra in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Txomin Villamañan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roldanillo Chaniz in the 21st minute of play. Joaquin Vitores charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joaquin Vitores the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Rapsodas Red Devils FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Joaquin Vitores hit a great ball. In the 31st minute, Zornin Huertas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Txomin Villamañan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Archibaldo Paz, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 36 minutes Rapsodas Red Devils FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lico Golpe who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Bomseral FC's corner Lico Golpe fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Txomin Villamañan quite easily take care of the ball. Bomseral FC's Inautzi Garonaga got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cefero Juarros might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sotil Saavedra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cefero Juarros ran back to his position shaking his head. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Archibaldo Paz to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Yader Zurbano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bomseral FC the free kick. The supporters of Bomseral FC booed when Rapsodas Red Devils FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yader Zurbano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Archibaldo Paz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Txomin Villamañan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Inautzi Garonaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Vitores kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Fliz Palmer struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Txomin Villamañan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bomseral FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fliz Palmer in the 68th minute of play forced Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goalkeeper Txomin Villamañan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roldanillo Chaniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Txomin Villamañan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Archibaldo Paz got free with Txomin Villamañan in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Txomin Villamañan got control of the ball when Archibaldo Paz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Archibaldo Paz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Txomin Villamañan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Yader Zurbano got a free kick in the 90th minute. Bomseral FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lico Golpe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Roldanillo Chaniz fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bomseral FC's protests and gave Roldanillo Chaniz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bomseral FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Roldanillo Chaniz hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bomseral FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rapsodas Red Devils FC.
