After 18 played minutes West Town SC got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Erran. Ursino Cervilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blai Zarandona in the 19th minute of the match. Ursino Cervilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilmar Cuadrillero in the 20th minute of play. Ursino Cervilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilmar Cuadrillero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Favila Heras hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When Guillermo Raiz fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored West Town SC's protests and gave Guillermo Raiz a yellow card for diving instead. Guillermo Raiz kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Venceslao Beite struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Guillen Ubiña didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for West Town SC. Guillen Ubiña was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Johnny Posadas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 42 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Ledesma Caicedo made the kick off in the second half. Gilmar Cuadrillero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Ursino Cervilla made a huge save. In the 53rd minute Ledesma Caicedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillen Ubiña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ursino Cervilla was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Lucas Cepa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lucas Cepa really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Favila Heras hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Guillen Ubiña came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by West Town SC's Ledesma Caicedo. But to his dismay, Ledesma Caicedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. If Johnny Posadas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of West Town SC booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidoro Romeu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lucas Cepa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guillen Ubiña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ledesma Caicedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. If Virila Calvon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sporting Buceo's Guillen Ubiña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ledesma Caicedo in the 90th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Favila Heras. Ursino Cervilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidoro Romeu in the 93rd minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sporting Buceo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for West Town SC.
