In the 9th minute Ediberto Sampaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sungurbey Kutsalan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Merengue FC's Aquiles Urtsin in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, Darwin Núñez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. After 54th play minutes Aquiles Urtsin shot 0-9, a short shot which went by Sungurbey Kutsalan and just under the crossbar into goal. 59 minutes into the match, Darwin Núñez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sungurbey Kutsalan. Caglayan SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Darwin Núñez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. Aquiles Urtsin had several of the Caglayan SK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 69 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-13 score and a disappointed Sungurbey Kutsalan as he didn't even see the shot coming. Sungurbey Kutsalan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Darwin Núñez in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the game, Aquiles Urtsin lined in a short shot 0-14 behind a frustrated Sungurbey Kutsalan. After some careless play in the Caglayan SK defense, Darwin Núñez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sungurbey Kutsalan. The Caglayan SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sungurbey Kutsalan should have stopped the shot. 96 minutes into the game, Darwin Núñez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-19. Sungurbey Kutsalan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Merengue FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
