ROTOR's Rostislav Levinzon was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Göksel Canfeda in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 14 minutes into the game, Petr Domantovich threw the ball into play from the sideline. istanbulls's Berkay Şahiner quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Andrey Izotov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeng Chong Kang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, istanbulls's goal looked a bit too open when Timur Denisov came free, but Göksel Canfeda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ROTOR's Andrey Izotov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Senna in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alp Enginalp in the 22nd minute of play forced ROTOR's goalkeeper Andrey Izotov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. İsmail Doğa lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 24th minute, one of istanbulls:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for istanbulls. Rostislav Levinzon shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 29th minute ROTOR were awarded a corner. Rostislav Levinzon went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on ROTOR's corner Rostislav Levinzon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Göksel Canfeda quite easily take care of the ball. Roman Larionov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Göksel Canfeda when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dmitriy Lodygin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Göksel Canfeda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. With an all-out effort, ROTOR's Göksel Canfeda threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Timur Denisov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 36th minute Zeng Chong Kang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrey Izotov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Göksel Canfeda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dmitriy Lodygin in the 38th minute. Dmitriy Lodygin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Göksel Canfeda made a huge save. After 42 minutes istanbulls's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rostislav Levinzon who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Petr Domantovich got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Göksel Canfeda quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by ROTOR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ferdi Coşan was slow to take the kick. During this time istanbulls's players had a chance to rest. The corner led istanbulls's Ferdi Coşan to fire away a dangerous shot which Andrey Izotov despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

52 minutes into the game, Ferdi Coşan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. istanbulls's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ROTOR the free kick. Ferdi Coşan hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the match, ROTOR's goalkeeper Andrey Izotov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zeng Chong Kang. Dmitriy Lodygin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göksel Canfeda having to interfere. After 65 minutes of play, ROTOR's Roman Larionov made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Göksel Canfeda was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zeng Chong Kang might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andrey Izotov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zeng Chong Kang ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 73rdth minute of the game Zeng Chong Kang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ROTOR's Andrey Izotov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alp Enginalp scored 1-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrey Izotov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Andrey Izotov successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 83 minutes into the game, Haldun Özol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Andrey Izotov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aleksander Giec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Andrey Izotov made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Senna in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrey Izotov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute, Luís Senna fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. istanbulls's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ferdi Coşan in the 92nd minute. The corner led istanbulls's Ferdi Coşan to fire away a dangerous shot which Andrey Izotov despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to ROTOR getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Roman Larionov hit a great ball. In the 95th minute, Zeng Chong Kang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luís Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded istanbulls left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ROTOR.
