Magne Tingberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Efe Suheyl, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Karl-Erik Holmberg hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Real Juniors's Ahmet Efe Suheyl got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. RSC Öjaby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Ahmet Efe Suheyl might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Magne Tingberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Efe Suheyl ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Efe Suheyl got free with Magne Tingberg in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, RSC Öjaby's Magne Tingberg got control of the ball when Ahmet Efe Suheyl tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ahmet Efe Suheyl received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Magne Tingberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Ahmet Efe Suheyl slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 57th minute. If Roland Redondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 68 minutes of play, RSC Öjaby's Kryspin Kilar made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christian Carballo was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Ahmet Efe Suheyl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With his leg Magne Tingberg managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Real Juniors's Ahmet Efe Suheyl fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 77 minutes into the match, RSC Öjaby's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Efe Suheyl came free, but Magne Tingberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute of the match Real Juniors got a corner. RSC Öjaby's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Claudio Cabrera ran over to the corner to take the kick. Magne Tingberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Efe Suheyl's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Real Juniors's Ahmet Efe Suheyl sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Magne Tingberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 83rd minute Real Juniors were awarded a corner. Claudio Cabrera went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Roland Redondo managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The crowd rose to their feet as Ahmet Efe Suheyl kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Magne Tingberg. That made the score 1-5 in the 85 minute of play. RSC Öjaby's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Ahmet Efe Suheyl scored to the left of an out of position Magne Tingberg, making the score, 1-6. When Roland Redondo came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Real Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roland Redondo couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Real Juniors could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than RSC Öjaby throughout the match.
