In the 39th minute Dragoş Ecobescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Samokovliyski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdomiro Esteves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peter Blomkvist went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dragoş Ecobescu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Atlético Acreano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kauã Tande to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Acreano's zone, Serafino Bazil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdomiro Esteves came out of the goal and Serafino Bazil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bogdan Samokovliyski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kauã Tande, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Márcio Moraes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bogdan Samokovliyski firmly grabbed it by the left post.
