Johnny Davie helped the player get up and apologised. After 11 played minutes Floodish FC got a freekick which was hit by Johnny Davie. Keith Scotland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Pais in the 14th minute of play. After 15 minutes, Laffitte Sanes made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Floodish FC's Keith Scotland tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theo McNeish in the 18th minute of play forced AC Guadalajara's goalkeeper Juan Cazorla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laffitte Sanes in the 20th minute of play forced Floodish FC's goalkeeper Keith Scotland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sam Fletcher kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Keith Scotland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laffitte Sanes in the 26th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes Floodish FC got a freekick which was hit by Willie McLeay. César Millán recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute, Blair McClure reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Juan Cazorla. The goal made the score 1-1. Juan Cazorla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Blair McClure in the 36th minute. Keith Scotland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anacleto Pais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laffitte Sanes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theo McNeish in the 46th minute of play forced AC Guadalajara's goalkeeper Juan Cazorla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 51st minute, Jonathan McDaniell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 52 minutes into the match, Floodish FC's goal looked a bit too open when Laffitte Sanes came free, but Keith Scotland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theo McNeish in the 56th minute of play forced AC Guadalajara's goalkeeper Juan Cazorla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan McDaniell got a throw-in 59 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Vincent Gardner. Juan Cazorla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theo McNeish in the 61st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anacleto Pais got free with Keith Scotland in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juan Cazorla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Johnny Davie went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Keith Scotland made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anacleto Pais in the 66th minute. Juan Cazorla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paddy McNeish in the 68th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Johnny Davie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Cazorla was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Juan Cazorla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blair McClure, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vincent Gardner hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the game, Floodish FC's Blair McClure nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Cazorla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. If Anacleto Pais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anacleto Pais could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Keith Scotland made a huge save. Juan Cazorla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theo McNeish, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute Laffitte Sanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keith Scotland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Floodish FC's Keith Scotland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laffitte Sanes in the 96th minute of play. AC Guadalajara's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
