In the 28th minute Olimpiu Udrea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Long Liang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iustinian Zgrăbunţa made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Yaman Academy®'s Dries Mertens. Carlos Alberto Marquez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Anton Silvian when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Yaman Academy®'s Long Liang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesly Helssen in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th match minute, FC Milano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Șerban Rusu to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Yaman Academy®'s Berkant Taçkın tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wesly Helssen to strike the kick off in the second half. Emanuel Mascovescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Long Liang having to interfere. In the 53rd minute Nizam Urhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Silvian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Alberto Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Silvian having to interfere. Anton Silvian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Marquez in the 71st minute of play. Long Liang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wesly Helssen in the 73rd minute of the match. When Carlos Alberto Marquez came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Yaman Academy® fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Alberto Marquez couldn't finish the play. After having played for 84 minutes, Carlos Alberto Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yaman Academy®'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Alberto Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos Alberto Marquez might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anton Silvian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Alberto Marquez ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Yaman Academy®'s zone, Emanuel Mascovescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Long Liang came out of the goal and Emanuel Mascovescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
